What can you do between now and 10 April when the program starts?

  • Request to join the Better than Yesterday Facebook group. We're currently doing a 7-day meditation challenge in there - feel free to join in!
  • Read this post from my archives about the importance of exercising for your mind, as opposed to weight loss
