Let It Be 66: Maintaining positive changes

It’s pretty frustrating when we work so hard to make positive changes in life, and then, when the going gets tough, all those changes seem to evaporate into thin air. The reality is, however, that this is life! When the going gets tough, it’s completely natural to revert to well-worn behavioural patterns, ones which are usually not in line with the positive changes we’ve created.

The keys to dealing with this reversion in an intentional fashion?

Awareness, priorities, patience and self-compassion.

Those are the things Brooke and I talk about in this episode.
