Carly read an article on The Mighty linking certain elements of overthinking to high functioning anxiety and totally identified with it. I read the same article, started highlighting the bits that I identified with … and then had to stop because I felt like I was highlighting the whole article!
So clearly, we both have a bit of experience with this topic.
But is overthinking all bad? Are there things we can do to manage the tendency to ruminate too much and let our imaginations run that little bit too wild?
Overthinking is a HUGE topic and we barely scratch the surface in this episode … but we still manage to travel a fair way!
