Straight and Curly Ep 59: Tracking diet and exercise

Carly is a committed tracker when it comes to diet and exercise. I actually hate tracking for two reasons:

  1. I hate the idea of trackers holding me to account because I feel I should be able to hold myself to account.
  2. Tracking makes me a single-minded and obsessive.

There is no denying it, however: if you have fitness or diet goals, trackers are incredibly useful.

So, what are the pros and cons of fitness tracking?

And what are some of our favourite tools in that regard?
