So this is the episode where I, someone who is predominantly a non-drinker, tries to give helpful advice about how to go without alcohol for a month. Yeah, I know! And after listening back to this episode, I felt perhaps I sounded a little judgey in parts. Which is why, as punishment, I’m going without coffee this month. You can see how well that is going here!

Carly and I talk about why the drinking culture in Australia makes it so hard to give up alcohol for even a week, whether there is a ‘safe’ amount of alcohol we can consume … and whether life is actually better without alcohol or not.
